Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. Refund Policy:
Design Packages: We strive to provide our clients with high-quality web design services. However, if you are not satisfied with the delivered design package, we offer a refund as per the following conditions:
- Full Refund: Our refund policy ensures a full refund in eligible cases. If you are not satisfied with our product or service within a specified timeframe i.e., initial discussion before the project approval, typically mentioned in the refund policy, you can request a refund. Upon verification and meeting the criteria outlined in the policy, we will issue a full refund of your purchase amount. Our goal is to prioritize customer satisfaction and provide a hassle-free refund process. Please refer to our refund policy for detailed information on eligibility, timelines, and any specific conditions that apply.
- Partial Refunds: In cases where the project has been initiated but not yet completed, a partial refund may be issued based on the work completed up to that point.
- No Refunds: Once the final design has been approved and delivered to the client, no refunds will be provided.
Domain Registration and Hosting Fees: We do not offer refunds for domain registration fees, hosting fees, or any other third-party services utilized on your behalf. These fees are non-refundable and subject to the terms and conditions of the respective service providers.
2. Cancellation Policy:
- Design Packages: If you decide to cancel the design package before the project is initiated, a cancellation fee may apply. This fee will be determined based on the work already completed and any expenses incurred up to that point.
- Domain Registration and Hosting Fees: Domain registration and hosting fees are non-refundable. Once you have submitted a domain registration request and made the payment, the registration process is initiated immediately, and the fees are paid to the domain registrar on your behalf. As a result, we are unable to process refunds for domain registration fees.
- Errors or Failed Registrations: In the event of an error or failure in the domain registration process due to technical issues or other unforeseen circumstances, we will make all reasonable efforts to rectify the situation. This may include reattempting the registration or providing alternative solutions. If we are unable to successfully register the domain as requested, we will provide a refund for the domain registration fees.
- Third-Party Terms: Domain registrations are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective domain registrar. We are not responsible for any issues or disputes arising from the terms and policies of the domain registrar. It is your responsibility to review and comply with the terms and conditions of the domain registrar.
- Requesting Refunds: If you believe you are eligible for a refund based on the circumstances mentioned above, please contact our customer support team at +91 8838173949. Provide all relevant information and supporting documentation for your refund request. We will review the request and process the refund if applicable.
- Non-Refundable Components: Please note that while domain registration fees may be non-refundable, any additional services or add-ons included in your purchase, such as hosting or website design, may have separate refund policies. Refer to the respective terms and conditions for those services to determine their refund eligibility.

We reserve the right to modify or update our refund and cancellation policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised policy on our website. It is your responsibility to review the policy periodically for any updates.
